Coming to the end of a busy year - Joanie on Emmerdale, cooking on Master Chef, gigging with the Loose Screw, recording Holby and a launching a brand new show "Birth Of The Musical"
So once I recovered from whizzing up to Leeds twice a week to record Emmerdale, I hit a very busy patch recording a guest lead on Holby and learning songs like crazy.
Songs from the '20s and '30s. So many great songs!
We did a concert at the Pheasantry in the King's Road, London and it went a storm.
So much so they've invited us back in March!
Mr Paul Sand tinkles the ivories and Mr Graeme Taylor plucks and strums….
But let's turn back the clocks. It's bin busy! In the Summer I made it through to the semis in Celebrity Master Chef. It was tough - sometimes a tad raw and with many a burnt onion...
But I had my moment of glory.
These are my tarts. John was nice for a moment and Greg jumped up and down.
So what's coming up?
Well, it includes a Holby City and a return to the Pheasantry early March….more of that anon…
But let's end with Emmerdale. Hats off and thank you to Chelsea Halfpenny and Chris Chittell and all the gang in front and behind camera. I loved working with you.
Here's a video I made for the adorable Huey Quinn (Kyle) after a gruelling day near drowning.
